I traveled here with my wife, enduring a 9-hour flight, specifically for the Lovina Menjangan tour. The price of the air ticket was more than 2400 dollars. We woke up at 2 AM for this experience, only to be severely disappointed. The pickup driver did not arrive at the scheduled time, and when we finally contacted them, he said they overslept. Until 5 AM, we didnt get any feedback and we have not been able to reach the driver now. After 5 AM, despite no feedback earlier, the driver suddenly sent a message claiming that the car had broken down, which was clearly a lie. This made me even angrier. He turned out to be a complete liar I cant even sleep now because of this situation. 
More than three representatives have failed to provide any feedback, and it was past 5 AM. Although the local travel agency said they would assign a new driver, given Bali's traffic conditions at this time, it would take over three hours to get there. This meant we would miss both the sunrise and the dolphins. It was truly the worst experience imaginable
At this point, it is impossible for us to reach Lovina on time as planned. I have not received any feedback, and I have been unable to sleep due to this frustrating situation. We have wasted valuable time, and our trip is completely ruined. We are requesting a full refund and compensation for this unacceptable experience.
