How to Get There

To visit the JR Tower Observatory, it is best to enter the Stella Place building on the east side of JR Sapporo Station. Take the elevator from the basement or 1st floor of Stella Place to the 6th-floor observatory lobby, check in, and then take another elevator to the 38th floor.

Enjoy the Open View

The JR Tower Observatory has an unobstructed view of Sapporo. Sapporo was renovated with reference to Kyoto in the Meiji era, and the roads are in a grid pattern, so you can see a fairly well-organized view!

Located on the south side of T38, ’T’CAFE’ offers coffee and non-alcoholic beverages and handmade cakes during the day, and about 30 kinds of cocktails at night. In particular, 'Blue Tower', based on Misty grapes and vodka, and 'Three Eight', based on peaches and tequila, are popular menus.

2. T’SHOP
You can find various limited edition products at T’SHOP. You can purchase 'Planet Music CD' and R Tower 'Star Clock' etc. that come out from the observatory as souvenirs.
