For Hop-On Hop-Off tickets, open your bus ticket in the app on the day of use, tap 'Activate' to activate it, and present the active ticket to the driver when boarding.
For non-Hop-On Hop-Off options like the Sunset Tour and Muir Woods Tour, no separate activation is required. Simply present the ticket displayed in the app to the driver.
If you encounter any issues during use, please ask the Big Bus staff at the bus stops.
