• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• There is no time-based closing process. Even after receiving a reservation, you may receive a notification that it is not possible due to time-based closing, etc.
• As time slots close early, we recommend that you make your reservation with as much leeway as possible.
• The shuttle bus from Gangchon Village Parking Lot to Gimyujeong Station is free to use. (Operation starts at 9:00 AM)
• Customers who have made reservations must arrive at the boarding gate 20 minutes prior to departure. No refunds will be given in case of late arrival.
• Pets such as dogs are not allowed on board. (They are allowed when using a dedicated carrier.)
• It operates normally even in rainy weather. (However, it may not operate in case of natural disasters such as heavy rain.)
• The number of passengers cannot exceed 2 or 4 people.
• Children over 36 months of age must be seated and fastened with a seat belt.
• Infants under 36 months of age may board the vehicle if they are held by a guardian after filling out a pledge.
• If necessary for safety reasons, operating hours may be adjusted.
• Date changes are not possible.
• If you board at 12 o'clock and arrive after 12 o'clock, please note that there will be no staff on site as it is lunch time.
• Please be careful to avoid safety accidents when riding a rail bike.

Safety Precautions

• Children and the elderly must ride with a guardian. (Boarding may be restricted on-site for safety reasons.)
• In principle, infants under 36 months are not permitted to board.
• The number of passengers cannot exceed 2 or 4 people.
• 2-seater and 4-seater vehicles cannot depart together.
• Please refrain from unnecessary actions such as sudden stops, unauthorized disembarkation, and playing around with others while riding the rail bike.
• Please be careful not to get your hands or feet caught in the rotating chain or wheels.
• Please keep a safe distance of at least 20m to avoid collision with the rail bikes in front and behind.
• Drinking or smoking is prohibited while riding the rail bike.
• Please get off the rail bike after it has come to a complete stop.
• If your ticket is lost, you will not be allowed to board or receive a refund.
• VR use is restricted in case of rain.

· 100% refund if cancelled 3 days before departure
· 20% of the total amount will be deducted and refunded if cancelled 2 days before departure
· 30% of the total amount will be deducted and refunded if cancelled 1 day before departure
* No refunds after this time.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).

• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.

· Date changes are not possible.
· The same refund policy applies in case of rain.

VR use is restricted in case of rain.

When requesting a cancellation, please check whether you have received a text message confirming that the cancellation has been requested.
