The Amsterdam Dungeon
Visit this unique experiential space to look back at the gruesome history behind the peaceful Netherlands. The Amsterdam Dungeon is a participatory, performance-based exhibition. Witness firsthand various episodes, such as the cruel torture and witch hunts carried out by the Dutch East India Company. You can scream, laugh, and applaud as you watch the wicked investigators and torturers in the performance.
The experience lasts approximately 80 minutes and consists of 12 shows. Similar to haunted houses in Korea, actors inside will guide you and perform. If you listen to the stories of actual visitors, they say it's truly chilling, so those with weak hearts should be especially cautious!
