If canceled 3 to 6 days before the product use date, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
On the day of product use – no refund if canceled 2 days in advance
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
