I made an urgent reservation on the same day because I had an early morning flight the next day, but I had no choice but to stay until 8 p.m. I made a reservation because I didn't want to sleep out at the airport, but it's a bit weird that it only lasts until 8 p.m. I made a reservation at 4:30 and tried to cancel it less than 5 minutes later, so they said I absolutely couldn't do it. Please refer to this before making a reservation. No matter how wrong I may have been, there is absolutely no flexibility in my response. I lost my money without even getting into the hotel room.
