You are allowed to enjoy your meal for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the designated time.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointed time to check-in and use the lift.
It takes about 10 minutes to go up to the restaurant from the reception.

• For ages under 3 years, kids can enter for free. For free seats, please fill out your child's name and quantity of children participating! Remember to bring a passport to prove the child's age. 
• This product does not include admission to Sydney Tower. 
• The seats are arranged based on your option selection. Please select the same options according to your companions. 
• If you accompany over ten people, sitting at a table is impossible. 
• No seating areas can be arranged other than window seating. 
• For peak seasons, the 'window seating option' is available from December to January and Australia's public holidays and can be reserved for at least two persons. Please be aware booking only a person does not guarantee 'window seating.' 
• The menu varies depending on the seasons. 
• Please arrive on time; the meal fee may count from your arrival hours. 
• Please bring either valid ID or passport with you. 
• Please avoid too comfy attire. 
• For your note, the restaurant may provide milk, egg, flour, beans, almonds, and fish ingredients. Please fill out the information you need to avoid during reservation, and let the restaurant know. We are always ready to serve your requests kindly, so please do not hesitate.
