Japan JR Shinkansen Train Ticket (Osaka - Okayama, Kurashiki, Fukuyama, Onomichi)

*You can receive your ticket through an unmanned ticket machine, and customers who have difficulty exchanging can also receive assistance at the local counter (Midori-no-Madoguchi).

• When making a reservation, please be sure to enter the name on your passport.
• This product is an automatic reservation product and can be used on the same day of reservation.
• The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• If you are making a reservation for more than 2 tickets, please enter the information for all prospective users rather than duplicating the representative's information. Otherwise, no ticket will be issued.
• Please make a reservation according to the direction.
• Please issue your voucher at the ticket machine at the designated station or Midori-no-Madoguchi.
• Available only to non-Japanese government passport holders. However, permanent resident card holders and long-term residents (study abroad, work visa, etc.) cannot use it.
• A copy of your passport is not accepted.
• Ticket issuing machines are available in Japanese, Korean, English, and Chinese.
• There is a passport verification process when issuing tickets through the ticket machine, so please be sure to bring a valid passport.
• Please use the issued ticket by inserting it into the automatic ticket gate. (Please make sure you are not presenting your ticket to the station staff.)
• Please double-check your departure point and travel direction. If the opposite is written or selected, use in the opposite direction or change of departure location is not possible.
• If the train for your desired time slot is full, please use a non-reserved seat ticket or wait for the next train. In this case, if you use a train with a non-reserved seat ticket, the difference between unreserved and reserved seats is non-refundable.
• You can board and disembark once for the purchased section only, and you cannot get off at other stations within the section. (Getting off midway is also not possible)
• Please note that if your ticket is lost (including stolen), it cannot be reissued.
• There are Shin-Onomichi Station and Shin-Kurashiki Station with names similar to Onomichi Station and Kurashiki Station, but you cannot use them there.

Ticket issuance machine information

• Tickets are only available at designated stations.
• Available ticket machines are marked 5689 and passport and have passport readers. View details in image
• When issuing tickets, please click the exchange for purple Japan Pass instead of the blue button. View details in image
• If the ticket issuing machine is defective or the IC chip is not attached to your passport, please exchange it for a physical ticket at the Midori no Madoguchi (station office) at the designated station. (In this case, a passport is also required)

E-tickets can be canceled for free within the validity period, and if the ticket is unused after exchange, a refund is possible after deducting a fee (10% of the purchase price) at JR Midori no Madoguchi. (WAUG cannot provide refunds for exchanges of unused tickets. Refunds must be received at JR Midori no Madouchi)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
