- There is no additional charge for general Taipei City pick-up and drop-off, but additional charges apply for other areas.

- Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- If the tour time is exceeded, an additional NT$400 per hour will be charged.
- The above itinerary is the Yesjinji tour itinerary. Depending on the option, you can choose from a variety of courses that include Spun Waterfall, Huotong, etc.

- For 5 to 8 people, please use the van option.
- Taxi dispatch information will be provided to customers via KakaoTalk 1-2 days prior to the date of use.

- The first Monday of every month is a holiday at Jinguashi, so it is replaced by Heutong or Shifen Waterfall.

Additional Cost Information:
- New Taipei City (Yangmingshan, Luzhou, Banqiao, etc.) + Beitou Get on and off: 300 NTD (about 12,000 won) for one ride or one alighting, 500 NTD (about 20,000 won) for both rides
- When getting on and off at Taoyuan/Wulai/Tianlai/Damsui: Add NTD 1,000 for each ride
- Please keep in mind that during the holiday period, the earlier you leave, the less traffic there will be!
Free Tour Guide (2 Areas / 3 Areas):
- Please indicate your desired area in the request section when making a reservation.
- The meeting point will be designated after individual contact via KakaoTalk.
- When selecting Jinguashi, you must use it before 10:00 AM.
- The first Monday of every month is not available for selection as it is a holiday for Jinquas.
- Since Jinguashi closes at 5pm, we recommend deciding on Jinguashi - Jiufen together.
- If the free tour you have selected is difficult to proceed due to local traffic conditions, we will inform you separately.
Cancellation and Refund
If you cancel 3-6 days before the date of use, a 60% deduction will be deducted and a refund will be given.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received within business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, the cancellation will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
